SUBJECT: CHILD LABOUR
DEAR SIR,
I write this letter to you expressing my feelings about child labour which is one of the threatening evils of life! Today what happens is that the rich people become richer and the poor get poorer. This can only be stopped if we all work together to stop it. Mainly this condition is due to children who are pushed to work in shops and factories due to their critical economic condition. Also many people employ children as the labour is available to them at a cheap rate. SELFISH!!! They don’t even bother about the children whose lives are being sacrificed. The government is also taking as many steps as possible to make such children get rid of those evils by providing them all the necessary resources throughout their life but not many people are aware of it. Even free and good education is provided by the government schools! The main cause for the child labour are the parents who are ignorant to send their children to schools. Even some children don’t like to go to schools due to the improper treatment given towards them by the teachers and the exams which they call as devils! Mainly the girls are not sent to schools as the parents think education to them as a mere waste. Even the picture symbolizes a girl carrying heaps of load which tells that the literacy rate is high among boys than in girls.
To prevent this situation necessary action must be taken so that the poor people do not get more downtrodden.
All the people including the parents and the children must be counseled well and must be made aware of the advantages of getting educated.
All those people those who practice child labour must be severely punished under the arms of law.
Strict laws must be introduced such that the provision of education is made compulsory to each and every citizen of India.
Education at schools must be made experimental and must be associated with various aspects of life so that children enjoy learning and even the others are attracted to join the schools.
All the schools must be provided all the equipments and those without it must not be given permission to run by the government.
Special quotas must be introduced to them in the field of education.
File system must be introduced so that the children do not have the harm of carrying loads and loads of books in a bag like a gunny sack.
So I hope that if we follow these things we will succeed in abolishing child labour. I thank you all for giving me a wonderful opportunity to share my views with you. “CHILDREN ARE THE FUTURE OF LIFE, SAVE THEM“
THANK YOU.
Yours faithfully,
